Cake decorating these days is less about choosing the right piping tip and more about creating incredible, edible works of art with sugar sculptures, interesting colour combinations, and new decorating techniques. During our Novelty Cake Experience, students learn piping techniques, as well as how to create sugar bubbles, make royal icing, and mask a cake properly. The result is a stunning and delicious cake that students can take home to share with their loved ones. The Novelty Cake Experience lasts from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Students are given an apron and a cookbook to keep, so gift recipients can practice and master their new skills at home!
